TYRONE
Tyrone aka Ben Duncan has been resident at Turbulence in Newcastle for the last 5 years, close friend of Phobia, Sato & Jubei, Ben started dabbling in production in 2008 and immediately co-produced ‘Tremor’ with Metalheadz artist Jubei on Invaderz Transmissions. The track was well received with BBC 1Xtra’s Bailey playing the track solidly on his radio show for months. The past few years has seen Tyrone hone his production skills and his first solo release ‘Behemoth’ on the well respected Ingredients label has had massive support from some of Drum & Bass' biggest names.
In the summer of 2011 Ben started writing music with Phobia and Sato under the name Chroma, and with interest from labels like Renegade Hardware, Coded and Frequency there’s clearly more to come from Tyrone.
